More about this add-on
MIDI version requires controller with 8-11 rotary knobs or sliders. Optionally, 8-10 knobs/sliders plus 10 MIDI notes. (The Korg nanoKontrol is recommended; use Preset 4. Nine sliders are available.) For Sugar 0.84 (SoaS Strawberry), the csound-python module must be installed. This is accomplished in the Terminal activity with these two lines:
su
yum install csound-python

NOTE: The built-in speakers of the XO-1, or any laptop/netbook, are completely inadequate for anything but testing. Even the least expensive set of stereo headphones is quite satisfactory however. Otherwise, a decent stereo system with spaced speakers is required.
NOTE: This activity is introduced by "A Creation Story" that draws substantially from Judeo-Christian heritage (the Bible).
