hMouse let the user take the control of the mouse with the head, using an easy to made extra hardware.
A white pointing LED is tracked and with its movement, after a simple calibration, the cursor start to move. For that we use a LED attached to the head of the user. The mouse click must be done with another method, for example whit an external button.
This software has been made for children with motor complications.
In those pathologies in which exist a compromise in the muscular superior zone (eg. spasticity), the software performance will be of lower quality. The pathologies that would result with more beneficences using this system are: spinal cord injury, from c3 to c5; neuromuscular; other progressive pathologies.
