FileShare is an activity that allows the user to share files from their journal. When the activity is started, the user is brought to a screen where they can add and remove files to the share list. They also have the option to install back to journal, useful if restored at a later time.
After the user has shared the activity, any user who joins has the ability to download any files being shared.
If a server script is running on the jabber server the xo is connected to, they will be able to upload/download files to the server for a mini file library.

If you are running your own school server. You can also run a standalone server script on your school server which allows the users to upload files to the server and share through the server.
