This is an activity to edit and create other activities. Unlike Pippy, it can handle multiple files, but does not run the resulting activity. To debug, you run the activity normally under Sugar, but can view the logs from Develop.

Kaedes dad here. Appears to be incompatible with 0.94. It doesn't list the files associated with the selected activity. Interesting tool for browsing the internals of the system
